6 years experience of agile coaching of teams in companies from startups to large organizations, working usually full-time on a project. Whenever needed I also actively code to teach teams agile engineering practices.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I want to meet new people from the agile community, learn about their experience, make new friends.
How do you plan to contribute?
My “hot topics”: Self-managing teams (and how utterly underestimated this aspect usually is), the appalling state of engineering practices among software teams, scaling frameworks and real life.

4 years of experience as a Scrum Master and a couple of more years working in a small company where customer-focused attitude with fast deliveries and close connection between clients and developers were part of the company culture
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I’m focusing on learning and doing more on organizational transformation,so I am hoping to gain some insights, hearing about experiences from others, tips and tricks for scaling, expanding my reading list with some more books (although i’m just getting further and further from the end of it already) and of course to get to meet new people.
How do you plan to contribute?
I can share my experience about various topics, e.g. recent ones about how we are currently mixing scrum and Kanban and how we managed to get predictable velocity, what challenges bad architecture and poor product quality bring to a company etc. I also have non-success stories to share about protecting teams or introducing some engineering practices to a team.

What is your experience coaching/influencing teams or organizations towards being Agile?
I had opportunities in the past to be a catalyst for change (agile/scrum introduction, implementation of engineering best practices) in three different types of environment: small company, SME and corporate organization.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I would like to hear experience of others with agile/scrum introduction and transition in an corporate environment. What steps have they done and how it went, what have they learned? And I would gladly meet new like-minded people.
How do you plan to contribute?
I’d be happy to share my views how agile philosophy getting implemented helps to create environment where anybody participating has the opportunity: to take responsibility for the results of their work, practice leadership in their workplace & life, contrary to the reliance on a boss that will ‘always’ show the right way thus limiting positive initiative and growth of people.

I was implementing agile metodology Scrum in my team as a firest in my company. Then I transfer my knowledge to other teams which wanted to start implementing agile.

Find out what are best sources to best learn agile (blogs, courses etc.). What are best practises for long term agile planing, agile contracting and how to handle backlog as product owner.

During last 2 years I was part of a group of people who helped our company to adopt Scrum process. I acted as a Scrum Master and an internal agile coach for few teams during this time.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I would like to find out more about how the agile works in other companies. Especially what the pitfalls are and how to prevent them.

I can contribute with my experiences from our agile transformation and also with my observations and best practices from the daily work of our teams.

I’m focusing myself to change working environment in big corporate companies. Currently working as ScrumMaster in CA Technologies in Prague which brings an opportunity to work in Scrum and Kanban teams in large company.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I’d like to meet some new people. Also I’d like to explore topics which I’m interested in – such as motivation, distributed teams, work environment, LESS etc. And of course I’d like to know something I don’t know yet.
How do you plan to contribute?
I’d like to share my experience with being ScrumMaster in Scrum team, implementing Kanban, working with distributed teams in different time zones and any other things I can help to somebody.

I am SCRUM master of 3 teams having experience of about 8 teams.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I would like to focus on corporate problems with adopting Agile and next steps once you reach certain point in the transformation. The more you are Agile the more hard you move forward, at least from my experience.

I can offer my experience. What we do in the company, how we work on company culture, how we are trying to influence others within our sphere of influence, etc.

I started to lead a big HR team in 2012 in Prague. I had no idea about agile way of working in teams, however I promoted some aspects and attributes of group dynamic and I later learned they could be classified as agile.

How HR can contribute to the change and support the transition of teams to being more Agile.
How do you plan to contribute?
I plan to offer constellations, an experiential learning method in systemic (holistic) approach to work and life.

I work in an organization with Agile environment and I started as an software engineer in a Scrum team, and I have become a scrum master of that team since the start of this year. I am still learning about Agile from my more senior colleagues and also from visiting conferences and agile events.

I want to find out other peoples ideas about agile and scrum, and I want to learn from them ideas and techniques regarding working with people in agile way.

Besides technical background, I have 2 years experience as a Scrum Master in one of the Software Houses in Poland. I was part of agile transformation in the organization from the very beginning. I’ve worked with teams across the organization on projects for clients from different parts of the world ensuring agile approach to software development. In the mean time I deliver workshops and trainings.

Gain experience from different perspectives (Product Owners/Scrum Masters/Developers/other people involved). Hear about ideas, listen to examples. Have fruitful discussions.

Share experience based on successes and failures. Be involved in discussions, exchange thoughts about different approaches. Give introductions to different methods that I’ve used.

Over 5 years on a QA manager position, recently moved to the Product Owner role, but all the time stepping into ScrumMastering (certified in 2011) as well as trying to influence in other ways how our organization works.

I am employed as software architect now but I still want to be the software developer. I am trying to run our project in agile way because I know it can help to deliver batter software in shorter time. It is it is pushed from the senior management but not adopted by middle management (they has to adopt it so they let us) and customer.

How to convince the customer to be agile as well. How to convince my collogue adopt agile principles. How to deal with technical depth. How to accommodate agile principals to project not product driven environment. I am looking forward to meet new people and get inspiration from them.
