Bringing Yes, and mindset to the sessions. Bringing inputs from other coachcamps (Barcelona and Helsinki 2018, new ones this year).
How have you surprised yourself in the last year?
By discovering this coach camp. I got hooked, the CCs are a great way to learn.
What is your experience with agility or coaching?
Software Developer for 14 years, converted to Agile 6 years ago, currently, for over 2 years, Agile Coach at ING Tech Poland.
What topics would you like to explore at this camp?
For me agile is about different perspectives. I have the opportunity to explore them not only in my organization, but also in Polish agile community, for example during agile coach camps in Poland. I am very curious about any new topics, discussions and most of all – people I hope to meet there! In particular, I’m interested if there any cultural differences and.. if they are really cultural.
How may you contribute?
Working in such a big organization as ING, and taking part in a change such tremendous as agile transformation (or rather – evolution) here is the experience that I would love to share with others.

I am part of community of Scrum Masters in Y Soft. We are currently undergoing agile transformation. We are starting to use LeSS and we had Flip activity lately and started working in LeSS bubble on RnD. Daily work with Teams where I am more and more focusing on organization on last half year.
What topics would you like to explore at this camp?
Topic 1: Close cooperation with customer in B2B. Tips, hints, how to think about it, how to achieve it. Topic 2: Ideas for new facilitation techniques, what worked in some situations, recommendations. Topic 3: How to push forward frozen in time people and company. How to initiate change, how to get buy-in, how to tackle fear from change.
How may you contribute?
We are in middle of Agile transformation so I can help with experience from preparations, execution, what it is for us how are we doing. Also I have experience with LeSS framework and can help others with unanswered questions.
How have you surprised yourself in the last year?
The most significant change for me was to try to cast away fear of not being liked by others. I realized that as Scum Master I need to do things people not always like at first try (like be transparent). After this realization I started to focus on this and That’s how I have surprised myself, I had the courage to do it. Yes!

I have attended last year agile conference. I am attending agile sessions/talks with our scrum masters. I quite regularly attend agile scrum beers. I am trying to adopt agile in the way I work as an implementation project manager.
What topics would you like to explore at this camp?
How to motivate others to adopt agile mindset. How to spread agile even though the rest of the company is not agile. Agile HR & finance. One of the other topics could be continues delivery & release management in agile set up. I would be great to share some good reading tips. It would be great to also explore how is agile spread in other countries than the Czech Republic.
How may you contribute?
I may share my so far experience where we are changing/have changed our waterfall project implementation methodology into agile implementation methodology. How we are trying to use the best of both methods. How these two methods could coexist.
How have you surprised yourself in the last year?
I was particularly proud to help with organization of sticky note challenge. Where we were able to use dot voting method and define smart goals for topics that matter for us as a team.
