We ask each participant to write a position paper, since doing this before coming to an un-conference leads to better discussions because you, and other participants, have thought about what you want from the conference, and what topics you wish to explore during the conference, or how you plan to contribute.
This year we ask the following questions:
- What practices of your framework have you intentionally abandoned? Why?
- What have you decided to learn this year?
- What wow moments have you got during lock-down?
- Can you hear me ok? Are you muted?
