We ask each participant to write a position paper, since doing this before coming to an un-conference leads to better discussions because you, and other participants, have thought about what you want from the conference, and what topics you wish to explore during the conference, or how you plan to contribute.
This year we ask the following questions:
- What is your experience with agility or coaching?
- What would you like to explore at the camp?
- How may you contribute?
- How have you surprised yourself in the last year?
